I am interested in three pillars of sustainability – Environment, Equity, and Economics – and their interconnections. These elements make the workplace “work” for the planet, organizations, and individuals.
Projects use controlled experiments, field studies, meta-analytic research and reviews to inform change. Current topics include the psychology of access to organizational resources and opportunities (including negotiation, leadership), organizational level policies, and work roles. We study how organizations can move to becoming environmentally engaged and work to mitigate climate changes.
We have been validating some environmentally related scales and also compiled an extensive list of measures to help other researchers interested in organizations and the environment
The team has a wide variety of research interests. If you are interested in joining the research team, more information can be found here and on DePaul’s website.
