Mounica is a second-year student in the I/O Psychology PhD program. She received her master’s degree in I/O Psychology from Roosevelt University and has three years of consulting experience with public safety firm, I/O Solutions. Her research interests include team processes, decision-making, and occupational health. In her spare time, Mounica can be found traveling to new cities, avoiding laundry, and probably trying to pet your dog.
