Jessica is a second year graduate student in the I/O Psychology PhD program. She has Masters degrees in I/O-Social Psychology and Project Management (with a focus on Training & Development) from Illinois State University. Prior to that, she received a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology with Management (Hons.) from Heriot-Watt University in Dubai. Her research interests include training, workplace diversity issues (with respect to gender and ethnic diversity), change management, and organizational development. In her free time, Jessica likes to explore different parts of Chicago – trying out new restaurants and mom-and-pop coffee shops.
